| When we poison our fields, we poison ourselves. We eat the crops our fields produce, and we are what we eat. These simple truths are what led Sir Richard Body to fight against pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, nitrates and, above all, policies which disturb the essential natural balance of traditional agriculture and which, rebounding on us, affect both our bodies and our minds. It is our health this man is fighting for. |
