
| When Olga Havel set out to oppose the ubiquitousness of the Czechoslovak Communist Party, its ideological inquisitors accused her of perverting the republic. Today she is head of the Committee of Goodwill, an organization which provides physical and moral support for the disabled people of her country, which helps disadvantaged persons to take charge of themselves, to find freely their place in a free world. Are there still those who would accuse this woman of perverting the republic? In the mean time, the inquisitors have fallen silent. |
