Crossing continents, circling the world, to speak and speak again, explaining, drafting, organizing, Michiko Inukai is in perpetual motion for peace. Her books, a new version of the Old and New Testaments, her talks to packed halls, rapt audiences, her actions (she prevented a flare-up on the Pakistan border), her Foundation, both school for refugee children and home for orphans, have made her a legend in her own time. But her main concern is to know whether or not she will succeed, that her tireless efforts will not have been in vain and that future generations will begin to overcome human blindness.
